1. The certification is an open entry programme. There are no formal educational entry requirements. However, applicants should have a good standard of basic literacy and be aware that all programme and materials are in English.
2. Applicant should be registered before the programme.

It is a legal requirement that staffs who are involved in a food environment are trained and/or supervised commensurate with their work activity. The responsibility for the supervision and training of staff lies with the proprietor of the food business.

From 1st January 2006, staff responsible for the development and maintenance of the food business's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system must have received adequate training in the application of the HACCP principles. There is however, no legal requirement for individuals to undergo certified training programmes.

Ideal for training of 5-60 people, tastefully decorated, fully air-conditioned rooms equipped with hi-tech equipment like:

1. Providing accommodation is not practiced by EHSE, we would be able to guide you for better hotels but we do not provide accommodation.
2. We provide Lunch and Morning/Afternoon Break refreshments to students. In the event you have specific allergic reactions towards specific food, you can let us know.

1. Cancellation should be confirmed in mail as scanned copy duly signed by the candidate or as a hard copy.
2. Cancellation made 2 weeks before the commencement of training will not be refunded at any cost.
3. Cancellation made 3 weeks prior to the commencement of training shall be returned 50% of the registration charges paid.
4. Cancellation made before 4 weeks (and above) prior to the commencement of training will be deducted 15% (admin cost) of the registration charges paid.
5. Any change in schedule must be informed before 2 weeks to the commencement of training to our institute either by e -mail or as a hardcopy duly signed by the candidate.

The standard timing of our classes is from 9.00am to 5.00pm. However, the timings are subject to changes in case of certain courses. All the timings, venue will be intimated at the time of your registration and EHSE team will also intimate to you through either mail communication or through SMS.

All payments should be made in INR (Indian Rupees). Customers must remit the full fee before orders are processed. You can use any of the following methods of payment:

1. Cash payment (walk-in)
2. Cheque or bankers' draft (payable at Chennai) made payable to EHSE Institute Pvt Ltd.
3. Bank Transfer. Check the website for details. Note that all bank charges, including any payable by the receiving bank, must be paid by the customer.

On successful completion of the training and examination you will be awarded the appropriate certificate for that paper by the awarding organisation.

Learners can apply in one of the following three ways:

1. Walk-in : You can walk into EHSE Institute, between 10.00 AM − 5.30 PM; Monday through Saturday (Second Saturday is a holiday). You would be required to submit the application form, fees & all other required documents
2. Email :The application form can be filled up and send via email. All documents required for admission purpose can be mail to info@EHSEinstitute.com.
3. By Post :Students can also send the application form by post/courier along with the DD/ Cheque and required documents.

1. This very much depends on the awarding organisation and the course you preferably choose, the amount of study time you have available, your aptitude for the subject, the timing of the examination and so on.
2. Candidates should spend minimum one to ten days and an average student who spends the fixed time of training studying the programme should be able to successfully complete the programme.
3. Candidates can select courses according to their requirement and choose their availability with the dates.

The programme is delivered through an integrated tuition system. This includes:

1. E- learning
2. A face to face training − class room training
3. Web site and helpline facilities

1. When you enroll you will receive a course pack that includes a delegate handbook, course manual (including main text, self-assessment questions and practical tasks), specimen examination papers and solutions and a web site access code.
2. This pack will enable you to commence your study and provides you with a structured programme leading to the examination.
3. The e-learning programme is structured around modules which should be completed prior to entering the examination.
4. The course provides a number of assignments and guidance that can be completed online through the website references which could be assessed through the individual access code.

Study support is available throughout the course via the helpline facility. This online support includes:

4. Examination results

1. The certificate is awarded on passing a two or three hour closed book examination or essay and assignments. Specimen examination papers are enclosed with the study pack and also in the website.
2. You must successfully complete the written examination or the assignments depending on the subject and will be credited with the certification.
3. Examinations will normally take place at each venue in the given date. The questionnaire booklet would be opened before the students and distributed evenly by the invigilators; it could be an internal or external assessor.

The examination is designed as a basic overview of the international bodies and the questionnaires are directed from the international awarding organisation at a professional level.
